Illuminate Your TBM Einstein Skills!

TBM Conference 2022
The TBM Conference 2022 (TBMC22), hosted by Apptio in partnership with the TBM Council, will take place in Austin, Texas on November 7-10. This is your opportunity to hear what it means to deliver TBM excellence and prime you to share best practices with your teams.
You can engage with the TBM Council at TBMC22 in the following ways:
- TBM Council Awards Gala – Join us for an evening of celebration as we announce the winners of the 2022 TBM Council Awards. View the finalists here.
- 2022 State of TBM session – We heard from many of you through the State of TBM survey earlier this year. Join this session for early access to the results and analysis from over 700 survey responses. Thank you to everyone that participated!
- Strategy Community Meetings – Throughout 2022, each member-led Strategy Community has been creating or improving an asset for TBM council members, including the CFO of IT Competency Model and updates to the Insurance, Government, and Healthcare Taxonomy Extensions. Join these meetings to see the preliminary versions and offer feedback.
- Standards Committee Open Forum – Join the Standards Committee as they present their work and findings on TBM Integration Models with FinOps, SAFe, and CSDM.
- Women Who TBM session – Join our discussion and engage in a candid conversation with an experienced panel of women in TBM as they delve into a variety of TBM leadership areas.
- TBM Council booth – Come say hello to the team, pick up some Council swag, and join a discussion on the benefits of membership.
- TBM Executive Foundation Course & Certification – Become a Certified TBM Executive (CTBME)! This course is designed for senior IT and Finance leaders who need a basic understanding of the TBM framework and how it may be used to enhance the business value and outcomes of spending, resources, and investments.

This month, we are spotlighting Adolfo Valencia, Service Taxonomy & Architecture Specialist at ABB Information Systems Ltd. Adolfo has been a TBM Council member since March of this year and has participated in several Strategy Communities as well as being a Certified TBM Executive (CTBME).
