The TBM Council is proud to launch its first-ever global TBM Salary Survey—a marquee research initiative designed to benchmark compensation trends across TBM-aligned roles and regions. By participating, you’ll contribute to an important effort to professionalize and advance the TBM discipline around the world.
This survey is open to all professionals working in or adjacent to TBM, and takes 10–15 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential, anonymized, and analyzed in aggregate only.
Whether you’re a TBM Analyst in the early stages of your career or leading an enterprise-wide practice, your input will help:

The Council, in partnership with its global Adoption Community, has defined a core set of roles that this research focuses on:
- TBM Manager
- TBM Change Manager
- TBM Product Owner
- TBM Analyst
- TBM Administrator

About the Survey
- Estimated time: 10–15 minutes
- Format: Mostly multiple choice, with optional free-text fields
- Privacy: All data is anonymized and analyzed only in aggregate
- Availability: The survey will remain open to continue collecting data for ongoing research and future reporting
Once a statistically significant number of responses has been reached, we’ll publish the first edition of the TBM Salary Survey Report. Results will be shared with the community via Council research, events, and publications.
