TBM Council Announces Winners for 2023 TBM Council Awards

TBM CONFERENCE – AUSTIN, TEXAS – October 24, 2023— The Technology Business Management (TBM) Council, a nonprofit organization that helps members ensure value from every tech investment and resource by promoting TBM standards and practices and empowering collaboration between tech leaders and business partners, today announced the winners of the 11th annual TBM Council Awards. Winners were awarded at the TBM Conference on October 24 in Austin, TX. The award ceremony was held during the 11th annual TBM Conference, where TBM, FinOps, and Agile practitioners and executives share experiences, collaborate, and master skills to steer tech investments with data-powered decisions.
The TBM Council Awards provide a front-row seat to the rapidly changing technology landscape. Winners demonstrate the formidable impact of TBM on businesses, their people, and their customers. Nominees were evaluated based on their ability to make strategic decisions in real-time using TBM — demonstrating examples of improved organization alignment and accelerated, data-driven decision-making.

Awarded for driving meaningful efficiencies in delivering technology to the business and/or helping the business be more efficient.

Recognized for transforming the development and support of business capabilities by using public cloud infrastructure, platforms, and/or software.

Recognized for satisfying corporate financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements while enabling business innovation, service delivery, cloud transformation, or Agile evolution.
Public Sector Excellence: eHealth NSW
Government organization recognized for leveraging the disciplines of the TBM framework to bring a consolidated, transparent view to their technology investments.
Service Excellence: Deutsche Bank & NatWest Group
Awarded for supporting efficient delivery of shared technology services to line-of-business partners and consumers and continuously optimizing costs to serve customers.
TBM Pacesetter: Enbridge Inc.
Awarded for driving mindset changes and accountability for outcomes while quickly implementing or enhancing TBM tools, data, and processes.

A new award category was introduced this year, recognizing excellence in the face of adversity and the ability to navigate extreme external and/or internal challenges while in pursuit of innovation.
